PURPOSE:To reduce the number of individual electrodes and to enhance the wiring pitch of electrodes, by constituting hairpin electrodes of adjacent dots so as to become common every other one. CONSTITUTION:Hairpin electrodes 120, 130 are constituted on a ceramic substrate 100 and heat generators 110 are formed thereon and a pair of the heat generators 110 on one hairpin electrode form one dot and the individual electrodes 130 are made common so as to be also used as hairpin electrodes of adjacent dots. The individual electrodes 130 are connected to a common electrode 160 for a recording power source and the other individual electrodes 120 are connected to the drive output terminals 150 of drive IC 140. That is, because a pair of the heat generators are arranged on each hairpin individual electrode to constitute one dot or one of individual electrodes is made common every other dot between adjacent dots, the number of the individual electrodes can be reduced and the wiring pitch of the electrodes can be enhanced. |
