PURPOSE:To surely feed a note sheet by sheet, by dividing a note charge port guide, opposed to a pressing plate, into a fixed part and a movable part and controlling the movable part to be located before the peripheral surface of a feed roller, before a device is charged with the note, while behind the peripheral surface of the feed roller after the device is charged with the note. CONSTITUTION:A device is charged with a note between a pressing plate 7 and a movable guide 10 from a charge port 12 formed by a guide plate 11 and a fixed guide 9. If a motor is started, an eccentric cam 19, which turns by rotating a shaft 13, tilts an L-shaped lever 21 around an axis 20 in the direction of an arrow head A in the drawing. One piece 21b of the lever 21 moves the pressing plate 7 to be slided rightward on a receiving plate 6 pressing the note while turning an actuator 15 around an axis 13 in the direction of an arrow head B. The movable guide 10 moves interlocking from a position before to a position after a feeding peripheral surface 3a of a feed roller 3 as shown in the drawing, and the note is fed sheet by sheet to a feed part 1 between the feed roller 3 and a friction roller 5. In this way, the note, even if it provides a fold habit, is accurately fed sheet by sheet.
