PURPOSE:To make the remedy of a part suction attitude and the insetting of each part in a base material performable at the same time, by installing a parts aligner, an attitude control model and a work in a row at regular intervals, and also installing a pair of heads having each suction device. CONSTITUTION:The head of each of parts 21 comes into contact with the lower part of each support pipe 14 of a parts suction head 12 being on standby at the upper part of a holding model 4. At this time, each support pipe 17 of another parts suction head 16 is being touched to the head of the part 21 inset in a receiving hole 8 of an attitude control model 7, giving air suction action to both these heads 12 and 16, whereby these parts 21 are attracted to both support pipes 14 and 17. Afterward, the head 12 so far opposed to the parts holding model 4 is transferred onto the attitude control model 7 and the head 16 so far situated on the attitude control model 7 is transferred onto a work 9 respectively. Here, each head is made to go down and the air suction is stopped whereby these parts 21 so far held by respective support pipes 14 and 17 are dropped down, and inserted into the receiving hole 8 of the attitude control model 7 and a small hole 20 of a base material 19 on the work 9, respectively. |
