The door hinge provided for revolving-wing doors consists essentially of a first hinge element to be fastened, for example, to the door post and of a second hinge element connected to the first hinge element via a pivot pin (4) and to be fastened to the door (7) and allows the door to be opened fully even when, with normal ground clearance, the door has to be opened towards rising ground. For this purpose, an additional horizontal pivot bearing (2) and a pivoting lever (3), which is articulated on the latter and to which the pivot pin (4) is fastened adjustably, are provided on the first hinge element. The second hinge element consists of a supporting lever (5) of adjustable length, articulated on the pivot pin (4), and of a supporting bracket (6) which is fastened adjustably to the supporting lever (5) and to which the door (7) is fastened. <IMAGE>
