<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a sheet from being dislocated, by feeding air into a suction plate after a hoist crane, having a movable shaft, a movable plate, an air cylinder and plural suction plates and suction shafts, conveys the suction sheet and separates from it. CONSTITUTION:An air cylinder 3 is mounted on a hoist crane 6, supporting a movable plate 2 with a movable shaft 1. Plural suction plates 4 are attached to this movable plate 2 by plural suction shafts 5. A sheet 7 is attracted with these suction plates 4 by dint of negative pressure (vacuum) of the air cylinder 3, conveying it to a home position 8 and being separated. Then, air of 0.5kg/cm<2> is fed thereinto from the air cylinder 3 and, after residual pressure inside the suction plate is eliminated, the hoist crane 6 is moved. With this constitution, the sheet 7 is accurately loaded on the home position 8. This method is suitable for the handling of metal foil of less than 3mm in thickness, a resin impregnated base material, a printed circuit board or the like.</p> |
