PURPOSE:To obtain a silver halide photographic sensitive material superior in antistaticness and antitackiness and prevented from occurrence of sludge and deterioration of sensitivity by incorporating an organic fluorocompound in at least one of hydrophilic colloidal layers and hardening this layer with a polymer hardener. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide photographic sensitive material has on a support at least one of the hydrophilic colloidal layers containing the organic fluorocompound, preferably such as fluorinated surfactants and fluoropolymers, and having been hardened with the polymer hardener having at least 2 hardening groups for reacting with hydrophilic colloids like gelatin or the like in the same molecule and a molecular weight of >=3,000. Said fluorinated surfactant is represented by the formula: Rf-(A)m-X in which Rf is alkyl, alkenyl, or aryl each having at least 3 F atoms; A is a divalent bonding group; X is a hydrophilic group; and m is 0 or 1. |
