PURPOSE:To discriminate an area requiring a debug from other areas when the abnormality occurs and to display the readjustment area, by adding previously the date or label data to the changed part in a program production or update mode. CONSTITUTION:The date or label data is added to a program via a keyboard 22 and stored in a memory device 2A. When the data showing the level of the program is designated through the keyboard 22a of a date/level designating means 22, the corresponding line is discriminated from other parts by a display color control circuit 23a. The display is carried out on a display 2B by change of colors. While the luminance is changed in case of a monochrome display.
