The invention relates to an improvement of the arrangement, disclosed in application P 3428016.2 and P3447240.1, with respect to achieving a high dot selection of the scanning spiral by simple means. This technical object is achieved by special design and circuit connection of mutually insulated scanning electrode elements applied in a narrow pattern to the spiral or selection line or support area of the voltage pattern.
