摘要 PURPOSE:To remarkably enlarge the work range in laser beam machining by providing a stationary detecting element and the detecting element of variable position on a rotary shaft and stopping the rotary shaft when the output signal of a memory element and the output signal of the detecting element of one part of both detecting elements are simultaneously turned ON. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary shaft 5 is rotated in a counter clockwise direction and a dog 51 is approached to the detecting element 53 of variable position, the output fed from a memory element is zero, so the rotary shaft is rotated. The rotation continuous similarly even if the dog 51 approaches to a stationary detecting element 52 with further rotation of the rotary shaft 5. When the detecting element 35 is turned ON with further progress of the rotation, a stoppage signal is outputted and the rotary shaft 5 stops. The memory element memorizes the time when the output signal of the detecting element of one part and the signal in the rotary direction of the rotary shaft 5 are simultaneously turned ON. The rotary shaft 5 can therefore be stopped with the optional angle of rotation of more than 36 deg. by varying the position of he detecting element 53. In this way the work range of the laser be am machining can remarkably be enlarged.
