<p>PURPOSE:To aim at simplification and miniaturization in a mechanism, by making the delivery of a recording medium onto each bin tray surely performable without gripping the bin tray group one by one as well as without intermittently rotating a motor, in case of a recording medium sorter for a copying machine or the like. CONSTITUTION:A recording medium turns over as being inserted through the inside of a guide 1, and it is conveyed up to a discharge port 2. And, it is conveyed to a guide roller 10 by way of an insert-through guide 9 from a sorter inlet end 3 and housed onto a bin tray 20a from a guide roller outlet 10a. On the other hand, when classificational sorting is carried out, a drive motor is rotated after a recording medium sheet-number count sensor 8 has detected a passage end of the first sheet, and the bin tray 20a is made to go up via linkage 30. At this time, another bin tray 20b becomes stationary as long as the specified time at that position, and the bin tray 20a alone continuous to go up, whereby an empty interval, where a second recording medium is insertable, is formed at the side of the outlet 10a. And, the second recording medium is inserted into the bin tray 20b, thus delivery of the recording medium is completed.</p> |
