PURPOSE:To shorten the time necessary for acclimatization and to continue high productivity of fermentation product preventing metabolic inhibition, by connecting a culture tank with a dialyzer having a hollow fiber module to replenish a culture liquid with a raw material liquid and with a filter to separate the culture liquid into fermentation cells and a fermentation product. CONSTITUTION:The inner cavity of hollow fiber 12 of a dialyzer 11 having a hollow fiber module is connected to a culture tank 17 through pipes 16a, 16b to circulate the culture liquid. The exterior side of the hollow fiber 12 in the dialyzer 11 is connected to a raw material tank 20 through pipes 16c, 16d. The culture tank 17 is connected with an aseptic water tank 24 through a pipe 16e to be fed with aseptic water. The culture tank 17 is connected with a filter 26 through a pipe 16f and the culture liquid is supplied to the filter 26. The fermented liquid is separated with the filter 26 into fermenting bacterial cells and a fermentation product. The former component is returned to the culture tank 17 through the pipe 16c and the latter component is collected as the objective product. |
