PURPOSE:A caffeic food to remove fatigue and sleepiness, obtained by blending drink such as cola, juice, soup, etc., with a caffeine-containing matter while stirring. CONSTITUTION:Drink such as cola, juice, soup, Chinese noodles, WON TAN (Chinese flour dumplings with pork filling, served in soup), boiled adzuki beans, pizza, gratin, tomato juice, meat sauce, MABODOFU (a kind of TOFU dish), CHAHAN (Chinese dish of fried rice with eggs, shrimps, etc.), dressing hot cake, croquette, meat bun, SHIRUKO (adzuki-bean soup with rice cake), beam jam, egg dish or Japanese hotchpotch is blended with a caffeine-containing matter while stirring to give the aimed food. Preferably tow or more of green tea, powdered tea, tea, cocoa, coffee, etc., are blended while stirring, the blend is mixed with sugar and powdered milk or oolong tea, wheat tea, adlay tea, persimmon leaf tea, sea tangle tea or herb medicine is blended with the caffeine- containing matter while stirring and the blend is mixed with vitamin C (e.g. orange juice, lemon juice, etc.). |
