PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of snow to the surface of a feed filter by a method wherein a perforated board filter, in which a multitude of small holes are bored, is provided between an atmosphere intake and the feed air filter and, further, a reticulated air-permeable net is attached so as to be opposed to the perforated board filter. CONSTITUTION:A perforated board filter 15, in which a multitude of small holes 15a are bored, is provided between an atmosphere intake 1a and a feed air filter 4 and, further, a reticulated air-permeable net 16 is attached so as to be opposed to the downstream side of the filter 15. The air-permeable net 16 is made of a material such as fiber, metal, synthetic resin or the like and the size of the mesh of the net is selected by considering snow arresting performance and the pressure loss of airstream of the air permeable net 16. Highly humid snow pieces, blown into a casing 2a together with atmosphere, are removed by colliding against the perforated board filter 15 and a part of fine powder snow provided with low humidity can be removed by the perforated board filter 15, however, the other part of the powder snow can be arrested by the air-permeable net 16. Accordingly, a ventilating and air-conditioning device seldom suffered from a blockading accident due to snow and high in reliability may be obtained. |
