发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR EVALUATING SHOCK ABSORBER VALVE
摘要 PURPOSE:To decide whether or not a shock absorber is normal from the flow rate of oil by fixing the shock absorber valve in a fluid passage so that the passage is partitioned, and measuring the flow rate of the oil which passes through a unidirectional valve. CONSTITUTION:The oil sent out of a pump 9 when the rod 112 of the shock absorber valve 102 is compressed flows in the fluid passage 22 from a common path 11 through a changeover valve 3 as shown by an arrow. Consequently, flows by opening the unidirectional valve 122 of the valve 102. At this time, the pressure in the common path 11 is measured by a manometer 12, a pressure control valve 6 and a relief valve 64 are adjusted so as to constant set pressure, and then the flow rate is measured by a flow meter 8 after the set pressure is obtained. Then when the rod 112 is expanded, switching operations 3-5 are performed and then the oil flows in the passage 22 from the common path 11 through the valve 3 as shown by an arrow. Consequently, the oil opens the unidirectional valve 124 and closes the valve 122. Then, the pressure in the common path 11 is measured again by the manometer 12 and the flow rate is measured by the flow meter 8.
