PURPOSE:To permit both of ventilating operation and the circulating operation of indoor air by a method wherein the title ventilating equipment is provided with a heat receiving side fan box, equipped with an evaporator, and a heat radiating side fan box, equipped with a condenser, while a communicating port as well as a damper are provided before and after the evaporator and the condenser between both fan boxes. CONSTITUTION:An evaporator 1 is provided in a heat receiving side fan box 8 and a condenser 2 is provided in a heat radiating side fan box 9, while the evaporator 1 and the condenser 2 are connected through a steam ascending pipe 3 and a liquid descending pipe 4 and heat is transported from the evaporator 1 to the condenser 2 by evaporative liquid 6. A fan 10 discharges dirty air from the inside of a room 102 to the outside of the room 101 and the fan 11 sucks air in the outside of the room 101 into the inside of the room 102. Ventilating operation is effected by closing changeover dampers 15, 16 and indoor air circulating operation is effected by opening the changeover damper 15 and closing the changeover damper 16 while all of the indoor air is passed through the evaporator 1 and the condenser 2. According to such constitution, the ventilating operation and the indoor air circulating operation may be effected arbitrarily while cooling and heating operation, dehumidifying operation or humidifying operation may also be effected by providing a heat accumulating box or the like.
