<p>PURPOSE:To provide a house, prominent in energy saving, durability and comfortableness, by a method wherein heat insulation as well as ventilating cooling are effected in the daytime of summer and the heat is not insulated in the nighttime of the same while heat is not insulated at the sunshine surface of the house but heat is insulated at the non-sunshine surface of the house in the daytime of winter and heat is insulated in the nighttime of the same, further, air in the upper part of the house is mixed with the air in the lower part of the house by a ventilating fan in order to eliminate a temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the house. CONSTITUTION:An air layer whose upper part only is opened is provided between an insulating member 3 and a roof 1 and slit pipes 7 are inserted into the air layer. In the case of daytime in winter, for example, sunshine strikes the outer wall 2 of the roof 1 and a temperature in the air layer of the wall 2 becomes 20 deg.C for example, then, a temperature switch is operated, a ventilating fan 14 is driven to induce cool air in an underfloor space 30 through the slit pipes 26 and collect the air into a manifold 9, air is sent by pressure to the slit pipe 8 in the air layer of the outer wall 2 and the slit pipes 7 in the air layer of the roof 1 through ducts 33, 34, the manifolds 10, 11 and the ducts 31, 32, hot air is pushed out into a building through an upper opening, the hot air beccmes airstreams in the induced underfloor space 30 as shown by arrow signs in a diagram and is absorbed into the whole of the building and underfloor ground to make ready for the nighttime.</p> |
