PURPOSE:To obtain a hot-water mixing device having high electrical safety and high operability by receiving the signals transmitted from a transmitter of a setting unit via a controller after a desired temperature is set to the setting unit and controlling a mixing valve via a mixing valve driver to obtain the mixed water having a temperature equal to a set level. CONSTITUTION:The signal of the temperature set by a setting unit 23 is received by a receiver 21 of a controller 21 and then compared with the signal of a thermistor 20. The controller 21 controls a mixing valve 16 via a mixing valve driver 19 by the differential output signal obtained from said comparison of signals. Thus it is possible to obtain the mixed water having a temperature equal to a set level.
