PURPOSE:To reduce the slide contact resistance of a disk-like recording medium at the time of its rotation by sliding upper and lower pad elements on the disk-like recording medium through an apertures formed on the upper and lower plate parts of a disk pack. CONSTITUTION:Plural apertures are formed on the upper and lower plate parts 21, 23 of the disk pack 20 so as to be shifted each other. An upper side supporting member 31 and a lower side supporting member 32 for respective supporting upper pad elements 33a-33c and lower pad elements 34a-34d to be inserted into the apertures respectively formed on the upper and lower plate parts 21, 23 and slided with the disk-like recording medium 1 are vertically moved. Since the upper and lower pad elements are slided on the disk-like recording medium 1, the slide contact resistance can be reduced and the recording medium can be smoothly rotated and traveled.
