发明名称 MEASURING INSTRUMENT FOR PARTICLE VOLUME
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily detect average particle volume and particle volume ratio by a light scattering detection method by passing a suspended particle soln. to a detecting section so that the signal proportional to the volume of the particle is generated and comparing the signal with a preset reference volume value. CONSTITUTION:A blood sample is passed from a supplying device 2 to the detecting section 1 and a slight luminous flux is irradiated thereon. The scattering light generated from the detecting section 1 is converted by a photoelectric converter 3 to a voltage signal which is fed to an amplifier 4. The signal is then put into a red blood cell comparator 5 which selects only the red blood cell signal and inputs said signal to a peak value measuring circuit 6. The time proportional to a peak crest value is counted by the clock signal of a reference clock generating circuit 10 and is converted to a digital value. The digital value is inputted to a memory circuit 7 and is compared with he preset reference volume value. The average particle volume and particle volume ratio are determined by a computer circuit 12 and are displayed 13. The signal from the amplifier 4 is inputted to a blood platelet comparator 8 which measures the numerical value and grain size distribution of the blood platelet by the similar calculation. The particle volume and particle volume ratio are, therefore, easily measured by the scattering light detecting method.
