PURPOSE:To prevent a production of scale on an inner wall of an incinerator by a method wherein substance of low melting point of non-melting material such as lime etc. of a suitable amount of mol suitable for an amount of inclusion of substance of low melting point is added to and mixed with processed sludge containing substance of low melting point such as alkali metallic salt etc. CONSTITUTION:Either lime 12 or potassium carbonate etc. of a proper mol equivalent is mixed in sludge 12 burnt and processed based on an amount of inclusion of substance of low melting point such as alkali metallic salt of the sludge. Thus, the lime etc. may cause a nature of the substance of low melting point to be chemically changed to show a melting point higher than an incineration temperature, resulting in that a production of scale on an inner wall of an incinerator 1 is prevented and at the same time it is possible to provide an incinerating fluidized bed which is always superior and stable.
