PURPOSE:To enable effective heat insulation of a necessary spot and to prevent increase of an outer size, by a method wherein the spot, where heat input takes place, and the spot, where heat dissipation takes place, of a closed pipe sealed with working fluid are formed by a material having high heat conductivity, and a spot, where heat may be insulated, between said spots is formed by a material having low heat conductivity. CONSTITUTION:The interior of a closed pipe 1 is sealed only with working fluid having condensing properties, and a Wick 2 producing a capillary tube pressure is situated in the closed pipe 1. The closed pipe 1 comprises three parts of a heat input part 3, a heat dissipating part 4, positioned to both ends, and a heat insulating part 5 situated at an intermediate part. The heat input part 3 and the heat dissipating part 4 are formed by a material, having high heat conductivity, so that heat is imparted and absorbed to and from the outside, meanwhile, the heat insulating part 5 is formed by a material, having low heat conductivity, so that an amount of heat imparted and absorbed to and from the outside is reduced to a value as low as possible. This constitution, since a material, by which the part, running between the heat input part and the heat dissipating part, of the closed pipe 1 is formed, is a material having low heat conductivity, enables formation of a heat insulating part without increasing the outer size of the closed pipe 1.
