<p>PURPOSE:To provide a house, prominent in energy saving, durability and comfortableness, by a method wherein heat insulation as well as ventilating cooling are effected in the daytime of summer and heat is not insulated in the nighttime of the same while heat is not insulated at the side of sunshine surfaces but the heat is insulated at the side of nonsunshine surfaces in the daytime of winter and the heat is insulated in the nighttime of the same, further, air in the upper part of the house is mixed with the air in the lower part of the house by a ventilating fan in order to reduce a temperature difference between the upper part and the lower part of the house. CONSTITUTION:A metallic U-shape tube 7 opened in one end of the upper part thereof and provided with a bypass is provided between an insulating member 3 and a tile roof 1. In the case of daytime in winter, for example, when sun strikes the tile roof 1 and a temperature under tiles becomes 20 deg.C, for example, a temperature switch is operated, a ventilating fan 14 is driven to induce cool air in an underfloor space 30 through a slit pipe 26 to collect it into a manifold 9, air is sent under pressure to the U-shape tube 7 in the air layer 6 of the roof 1 through ducts 33, 34, the manifold 10 and the duct 32, hot air is pushed out into a house through an upper opening, the hot-air in airstreams shown by arrow signs in the diagram flows into the underfloor space 30 and its heat is absorbed by the whole of the house and underfloor ground to make ready for night.</p> |
