PURPOSE:To attain the talking by receiving and identifying charging object permission information so as to use a called telephone number as a charging object thereby applying charging to the called party number by one magnetic card from an optional card type telephone set. CONSTITUTION:A caller checks whether or not charging object permissible information is stored on a magnetic card of a card unit 10 depending on the reception of a specific dial signal. When it is deceded that the information is stored, the signal is sent to a PB signal sending circuit 8 and sent to an exchange side EX via a talking circuit 9 as a PB signal. Further, a control circuit 7 prepares for the next dialing. The sent charging object permission information is received/analyzed by a central controller 4 via a channel controller 3, the charging object change call is identified and stored in a storage device 5. Then a called party telephone number is connected as the charging object and the charging object change is prepared. When the controller 4 receives the called party telephone number, the analysis is started, the digit number is checked and when normal, the talking connection is applied. The number is handled as the charging object number at the same time, stored in the device 5 to apply charging at the reply of the called party.
