PURPOSE:To decide the pressing state of a key when the same instruction code is received by sending a data while changing a pulse number constituting an end pulse at the sending side and adding information representing number of times of transmission operation such as depression of key to the end pulse. CONSTITUTION:The sender side uses a 1-bit or plural-bit counter to count the number of re-depression of a key thereby generating the end pulse having a pulse number corresponding one by one to the counted content, aud the end pulse is sent after a custome code 8 and an instruction code 9. The receiving side receives/decodes the custom code 8, the instruction code 9 and an endpulse 11a, 11b or 11c, and when the custom code 8 is coincident with the custom code assigned to itself and the waveform of the end pulse differs from the waveform received earlier, it is discriminated that the key is depressed again and the instruction is executed by a controlled system. If the waveform of the end pulse is the same as that received earlier, it is discriminated that no key re-depression exists and the instruction is not executed.
