PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of dusts due to nonwoven fabric constituting a liner by laying a rubber board under a shell at the ultrasonic welding of a case for storing floppy disks. CONSTITUTION:Plural positions to be welded to the case 5 are welded by ultra sonic as shown in an arrow A. Ultrasonic generated from an ultrasonic horn are transmitted on the surface and inside of the case 5 to weld contact parts. Since the ultrasonic are transmitted on the surface and adsorbed to the rubber board 1, excessive vibration is not applied to the liner, so that the generation of dust due to the nonwoven fabric can be suppressed. Thereby, the inside of the case 5 is cleaned, floppy disks are not stained and the quality, yield and reliability of products can be improved.
