<p>A device for mowing agricultural crops, particularly grass, provided with an elongate mower bar (1) towed in transverse direction over the field and having a number of dish-like carriers (13) each having at least one blade (15), whereby the bar (1) comprises transmission members (11) for driving each carrier (13) on a vertical shaft (12) wherein the bar (1) has an air supply duct (19) which connects onto one or more preferably slit-like openings (22) in the bar (1), said openings (22) may be arranged on the front, top and/or back of the bar (1) in order to improve the disposal of the cut crop over the bar.</p> |
