PURPOSE:To permit good operation through a remote control unit by simple constitution by a method wherein the signal of the remote control unit is compared with the signal of a monitor signal outputting unit and control pulse is outputted only when both signals do not coincide. CONSTITUTION:Before an air-conditioning machine is brought into the operating condition thereof by a remote control signal, for example, a switch 13 is closed, therefore, the control signal (a) of L-level of operation command is inputted into one side of the terminals of a gate 9. When the airconditioning machine is under operation stopping condition, the signal of L-level is cutputted from a monitor signal output unit 8 and the monitor signal (b) of H-level is inputted into the other side of the terminals of the gate 9. The control pulse (c) of H-level is outputted from the gate 9 since the control signal (a) does not coincide with the monitor signal (b), while the control pulse (c) is outputted from the gate 10 by the limit signal (d) of H-level since a changeover switch 15 is open, whereby the control pulse (c) is inputted into a key input unit 7 and the airconditioning machine is switched from the operation stopping condition into operating condition. Accordingly, the restart of the air-conditioning machine after resetting a micro-computer upon throwing an electric source, re-throwing the same or the like may be effected well.
