PURPOSE:To form a heavy globular granulated substance, by a method wherein spraying is stopped while a rotor is rotated continuously and a damper is fully closed to perform required operation before the damper is fully opened to restart spraying. CONSTITUTION:In order to easily shake-off the dust adhered to a bag filter 10, a damper 13 is fully closed for about 5sec usually at every 60-120sec during the operation of a rotor 21 to interrupt the passage of air and the fluidization of the raw material on the rotor 21 is stopped. Because the rotor 21 rotates continuously, the raw material largely receives tumbling action by the rotor 21. At this time, a part of the raw material falls on a lower metal net 25 from a gap 41 but is again blown up onto the rotor 21 by restarting the passage of air. This operation is repeated for a definite time and, after finish drying, a discharge port 36 is opened to discharge the raw material.
