PURPOSE:To make it possible to certainly perform accurate metering, by providing a falling time control part for averaging the falling time of a substance to be metered reaching a discharge port from an upper edge opening to the inner peripheral surface of a gathering hopper. CONSTITUTION:A gathering hopper 3 is formed into a funnel shape so that a rectangular opening part having round corners is formed and a bottom side becomes narrow. Each corner is formed into a round shape so that a substance to be metered is rapidly slipped down and generates no excessive concentration while a barrier plate 13 having a shape opened sidways is provided to the center of each oblique surface of the hopper to form a falling time control part. This falling time control part 13 reduces the falling speed of the substance to be metered when the substance to be metered is contacted with said control part 13 and has a function for allowing the substance to be metered to bypass. |
