PURPOSE:To eliminate the transmission loss on driving force and enable the machine longevity of a clutch to be extended by providing a compression spring for engaging the engaging part of a driving boss with that of a sleeve and a clutch lever for disengaging the engaging part of the driving boss from that of the sleeve so that a friction part and a friction lining are eliminated from the clutch. CONSTITUTION:When a press given by a clutch lever 9 to a flange part 7-2 is released, a compression spring 8 is caused to press the flange part 7-2 in the direction of the arrow so as to move a sleeve 7 in the direction of the arrow, and an engine part 7-1 is caused to engage with an engaging part 4-2. As a result, the rotational drive of a driving boss 4 is transmitted to the sleeve 7, and a coil spring 6 is curled around the periphery of the driving boss 4 and a driven boss 5, and when the rotational drive of the boss 4 is transmitted to the boss 5, the rotational drive is transmitted to a driven shaft 3. In addition, when a press is given by the lever 9 to the flange part 7-2 in the direction of the arrow, the sleeve 7 is caused to move in the direction of the arrow, and the engaging part 7-1 is disengaged from the engaging part 4-2, and accordingly, the rotation of the sleeve 7 stops and the rotational transmission from the boss 4 to the boss 5 also stops, and as a result, a clutch without the transmission loss but with an extended machine longevity can be obtained.
