PURPOSE:The titled composition having low reduction in molecular weight, improved chemical resistance and further improved color tone, obtained by blending polycarbonate resin with a nylon resin and a compound containing -COX group directly bonded to aromatic ring, etc., as well. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. polycarbonate resin is blended with (A) 1-500pts.wt., preferably 2-400pts.wt. nylon resin (e.g. nylon 4, etc.) comprising 50-100wt% polyamide forming components consisting of an aliphatic diamine and isophthalic acid and/or terephthalic acid, (B) 0.01-5pts.wt. compound (e.g. benzoyl chloride, etc.) containing one or more -COX groups (X is halogen) directly bonded to aromatic ring and further (C) 0.005-10pts.wt., preferably 0.01-5pts.wt. hydrotalcite shown by the formula (X is 0.1-0.4; m is 0-1).
