PURPOSE:To make a toner image on a printing paper clear and to shorten the arriving time of toner to the printing paper by providing electrodes respectively for the rear face of the printing paper and the face of a toner holder facing against the printing paper thereby flying the toner only from the circumference of toner holder electrode and adhering to the printing paper. CONSTITUTION:Voltages of 0V, +100V, -100V and +50V, for example, are applied respectively onto an electrode pin 1, an electrode pin 11, a guide electrode 3 and a guide electrode 13. When a printing paper 16 is moved by means of a feed roller 30 in the direction of an arrow B and a printing position is brought between the electrodes 1, 11, voltages of +800V and -500V are applied respectively onto the electrode pins 1, 11, thereby the toner 5 to be held on a film sheet 4 under a positive potential condition caused by frictional charging flies from the sheet 4 to the paper 16 because of the repelling force against the electrode pin 1 and the attracting force to the electrode pin 11 and adhered thereto. This operation is performed selectively for all electrode pins with the paper 16 keeping the motion thus forming a toner image onto the paper 16.
