PURPOSE:To obtain a wave dissipation structure for effective wave dissipation even in a deep water area, by arranging ring-formed blocks in the plane direction in a zigzag shape, and by heaping up the blocks alternately also in the height direction to fix the respective blocks mutually. CONSTITUTION:After sea-bottom ground G is levelled, ring-formed concrete blocks 2 are arranged in a zigzag shape on the ground G. After that, also on the upper step, the concrete blocks 2 are alternately heaped up, and by a proper fixing means 3, the joint sections of the respective concrete blocks 2 are fixed. As a result, a wave dissipation structure for attenuating the energy of wave effectively even in a deep water area can be formed.
