PURPOSE:To obtain a vinyl chloride resin composition having improved non- migration even at high temperature and high humidity and thermal aging resistance, by polymerizing a vinyl chloride monomer in the presence of a polyester resin consisting of a lactone polymer containing side chains. CONSTITUTION:(B) A vinyl chloride monomer or a mixture of the vinyl chloride monomer and <=30wt%, preferably <=20wt% monomer copolymerizable with the vinyl chloride monomer, such as vinyl acetate, methyl acrylate, etc., are polymerized in the presence of (A) a polyester resin which is a lactone polymer containing side chains and has >=3,000 weight average molecular weight, preferably poly-beta-methyl-delta-valerolactone in a weight ratio of 25-400pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin component based on 100pts.wt. polyester resin to produce the aimed vinyl chloride resin composition.
