发明名称 STRUCTURE OF ELECTRODE FOR SOLAR CELL
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of an output electrode by forming a cell layer for a solar cell onto one surface of a base material, shaping an output terminal onto the other surface and conducting the cell layer and the output terminal through a through-hole or a recessed section formed to the periphery of the solar cell. CONSTITUTION:A hole 1a at the center of a stainless plate 1 and a window hole 1b are shaped, and the surface and back of the plate and hole walls are coated with an insulating film 2. Metallic films 3a-3d divided into four are formed at slight clearances centering around the hole 1a on the film 2 as the surface. An amorphous Si film 4 is superposed through a CVD method, and transference electrode films 5a-5d having the same shape as the films 3a-3d are stacked. Clearances among cells are utilized, a peninsula 3a' is laminated on a peninsula 5b', both 3b' and 5c' and both 3c' and 5d' are also connected similar1y and electrically, and the whole surface is coated with a surface treated film 6 having high light transmittance. Electrodes 7a, 7b connected to the films 3d and 5a are lead out, and guided to the back through the hole 1a and output terminals 7a', 7b' are shaped. According to the constitution, the structure of the electrodes is simplified, thus decreasing manhours, thereby improving yield.
