<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled inexpensive muddying material with its supply being secured, outstanding in waterstop capability, dilution resistance, etc., suitable for civil engineering sector, by adding a small quantity of bentonite to a base material comprising each specific particle size of calcium carbonate powder and/or dolomite powder. CONSTITUTION:The objective muddying material comprising (A) pref. 45-96wt% of at least one kind of material selected from calcium carbonate powder and dolomite powder, each of which is of such particle size as to be >=95% passable through a 28-mesh sieve. (B) pref. 3-30wt%of bentonite, and, pref. furthermore, (C) 1-50wt% of wild clay or so-called china clay.</p> |
