The present invention relates to new derivatives of (2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl)-(3-piperidinopropyl)-ketone which are selected from the group consisting of: (i) (2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl)-[3-(alkylpiperidino)-propyl)]-ketones of general formula: (I) wherein R1 is CH3 or C2H5 in 2- or 3-position of the piperidine ring, and R2 is H, CH3 or C2H5; and (ii) their addition salts. These new derivatives are useful in therapeutics.
