<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the loss of liquefied gass by branching the pipe halfway between a storage tank and a main solenoid valve and providing an auxiliary solenoid valve and a discharge passage for vaporized gas. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 6 connecting a storage tank 2 with a main solenoid valve 7 is branched off halfway and an auxiliary solenoid valve 9 and an exhaust pipe 10 connected to this are provided. The auxiliary solenoid valve 9 is opened before opening the main solenoid valve 7 and vaporized substance among liquefied nitrogen which flowed in from the tank 2 is released outward from the exhaust pipe 10. Thereafter the liquefied gas is transported by changing over into the main solenoid valve 7. Accordingly, the loss of the liquefied gas inside a container resulting from the inflow of the vapourized gas becomes extremely small.</p> |
