摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a device having a dynamic characteristic model one to one to sequential process dynamic characteristic and to derive a highly accurate adjuster proportional plus integrals value by providing a process dynamic characteristic model and a adjuster optimum proportional plus integral value operation program. CONSTITUTION:A set value 103 of process quantity of state is prepared by a function generator 102 making a process load request signal 101 an index. The process quantity of state set value 103 is compared with process quantity of state 303 by a deflection computing element 104 and a control command signal 107 to an operation terminal 301 is made by a proportional plus integral computing element 106 from the deflection signal 105. The operation terminal 301 and a process dynamic characteristic model are made to correspond one to one by the control command signal outputted from a control device 1 and a process quantity of state 303 feedback signal. As the model is identified thereby, an error does not occur in the model itself. Accordingly, the adjuster optimum proportional plus integral value calculated from the dynamic characteristic model becomes highly accurate, and automatic optimum adjustment is made possible.
