PURPOSE:To make a saving capacity disappearable in the course of a data base saving process, by providing a page-form inputting means, saving form extracting means, saving record editing means, etc., and realizing a specific constitution. CONSTITUTION:A page form inputting means 6 which inputs data base files in the unit of page and develops the inputted files in a memory, saving form extracting means 3 which extracts effective data only from the pages developed in the memory, saving record editing means 5 which edits the extracted effective data in the form of saving records, and saving record outputting means 9 which outputs the saving records edited by the editing means 5 to saving files, are provided. Therefore, output of an unnecessary space to a saving file is prevented. Accordingly, the saving capacity can be made smaller and the saving capacity can be made disappearable in the course of a data base saving process.
