<p>PURPOSE:To attain the consecutive reproduction of a video tape by displaying the fault detection when a detection circuit detects the fault of a cassette storage shelf block or a cassette giving/receiving mechanism and ejecting a selected cassette in the rear direction to an out port so as to relieve the load of the operator at the fault. CONSTITUTION:If the cassette giving/receiving mechanism 22 between the cassette storage shelf blocks 111, 112 is failed, a detection circuit 411 detects the fault and the fault is displayed on the display device 32 of a control block 31, when the operator recognizes the fault of the mechanism 22 and attains countermeasures. In such case, a cassette C stored in the blocks 112, 113 is not carried to a VTR storage block 1 and ejected to the out port of the blocks 112, 113 by the control of a control block 31. Thus, the operator loads directly the cassette C to VTRs 2A-2D of the VTR storage block 1 for consecutive reproduction.</p> |
