GREASE AND GEAR LUBRICANT COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE METAL-CONTAINING COMPOSITION AND AT LEAST ONE SULFURIZED ORGANIC COMPOUND

摘要

An additive mixture for grease compositions and gear lubricants has been developed. The additive mixture comprises at least one metal-containing composition and at least one sulfurized organic compound. This mixture has been found to impart an unexpected improvement in extreme pressure properties to grease compositions and gear lubricants.
