<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to produce rat immunoglobulin industrially, by forming a monoclonal antibody which specifically reacts with all of isotype IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c and IgM of rat immunoglobulin. CONSTITUTION:Splenic cells of mouse which is immunized against and sensitized with rat immunoglobulin is fused with a myeloma cell to give a hybridoma, which is cultivated in a culture solution or abdominal cavity of rat. Consequently, a monoclonal antibody is formed and accumulated in the culture solution or the abdominal cavity, collected and purified to give a monoclonal antibody which specifically reacts with all of isotype IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c and IgM. Mouse C57BL/6 is preferable as the mouse to be sensitized with the rat immunoglobulin.</p> |
