PURPOSE:To perform the corona discharge treatment of even a part recessed into the inside, such as a notched part, by generating a uniform corona discharge by fitting the back of the surface to be treated of a molding to be subjected to corona discharge treatment to a counter electrode formed in a specified form and performing its corona discharge treatment. CONSTITUTION:A counter electrode 62 of a counter electrode means a is constructed by providing an electroconductive layer 64 formed of an electroconductive paint in the inside of an electrode base 62 formed in the same or nearly the same form as that of the back of a three-dimensional resin molding 1 to be subjected to corona discharge treatment, such as an automobile instrument panel pad formed of a PP resin as a dielectric. Said molding 1 is fitted to this counter electrode 62 to bring their entire surfaces into exact contact, a vacuum means E is operated, the transfer means 20 of each shaft of a discharge electrode means B is set in the starting position of corona discharge treatment by means of a control unit B, and corona discharge is generated between the discharge point 52 of the discharge electrode 50 and the upper surface 2 of the molding 1 in close contact with the counter electrode 2 by means of the high-frequency oscillator 16 of a high-frequency application means C to perform the corona discharge treatment of the upper surface of the molding 1. |
