PURPOSE:To improve the workability of a connecton by providing a line on a nonmagnetic base, connecting a ferromagnetic thin film to the line, providing a projection onto a conductive base and connecting one end of the line to the projection so as to improve the reliability of connection between one end of the line and the conductive base and to improve the yield. CONSTITUTION:The conductive base 2, a nonmagnetic base 1, lines 3, 4 provided on the base 1, ferromagnetic thin films 5, 6 connected to the lines 3, 4, and projections 12a, 13a provided to the base 2 are provided and one end of the lines 3, 4 is connected to the projections 12a, 13a. Thus, one end of the lines 3, 4 is connected to the conductive base 2 via the projections 12a, 13a. Thus, the reliability of the connection between one end of the lines and the conductive base is enhanced to improve the yield, the workability of the connection is improved in the ferromagnetic resonator.
