PURPOSE:To generate color temperature information with a simple constitution by providing an information generating means which generates color temperature information in accordance with the time required for arrival at a prescribed level which is preliminarily determined correspondingly to each of plural color information stored in an information storage means. CONSTITUTION:Plural color information are stored in an information storage means (a) after this means is reset, and color temperature information are generated in an information generating means (b) in accordance with times required for arrival at respective preliminarily determined levels correspondingly to plural color information stored in the information storage means (a). Thus, a device is inexpensively obtained which generates color temperature information of high precision with the simple constitution.
