PURPOSE:To prevent sticking of slurry coated bodies by palcing the powder of a substance having a specified melting point and which do not react with nickel and is not alloyed with nickel between two or more sheet-like slurry coated bodies before stacking them, then feeding them into an electric furnace. CONSTITUTION:Two rolles of core 3 comprising porous nickel plated steel sheet are separately passed in slurry 1 comprising methylcellulose, water, and nickel powder to apply the slurry 1 onto the core 3. Excess slurry 1 is scraped with a slitter 2 and the slurry is dried with a dryer 4. Before feeding two slurry coated bodies 9 in an electric furnace 6 with they stacked, the powder of a substance having a melting point of 1000 deg.C or more and which do not react with nickel and is not alloyed with nickel, such as alumina powder, is uniformly applied onto the upper surface of the lower slurry coated sheet 9 with a powder coating unit 5. After applying the alimina powder onto the upper surface of the lower slurry coated sheet 9, two sheets 9 are stacked and feed in the electric furnace 6 to sinter them. |
