REMOVAL OF PAN FOR FROZEN MATERIAL AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To make it possible to readily peel a pan and contents, by instantaneously removing the pan by pushing up action of a piston rod while pressing the front and back ends of the pan in the feeding direction of the pan in an operation region of a pan removing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Pans 1 containing frozen contents are continuously transferred into a feed passage for removing the pan 1 by a conveyor and the pans 1 are temporarily deterred at an inlet of the passage for removing the pan 1 to individualize the continuously fed pans 1. Only single pan 1 is further transferred to an operation region of a pan removing mechanism by feeding action of a chain conveyor 3. The pans 1 are instantaneously removed by pushing up action of piston rods (D) while pressing the front and back end faces of the pan 1 with pressing fingers 18 and an article after removing the pan 1 is discharged to a pan discharging region (F). As a result, the pan 1 and the frozen contents can be reading peeled.
