PURPOSE:To make pin-fitting easier, to make the number of pushing pins smaller and to improve processability, by placing ejector pins and a feeder to a side of a core material which is to be an attached side to a beam and by heating and molding in preparing the core material for a vehicle bumper. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic synthetic resin foamable particles are filled from a feeder 14 into a mold cavity formed by clamping a core mold 11 and a cavity mold 12 and the foamable particles are heated and foamed by supplying steam from steam pores set in the mold. Then, cooling water is supplied from cooling water nozzles to cool a molding 18 and the mold is thereafter opened. An ejecting beam 17 is forwarded to push the ejector pins 13 forward and the molding 18 is thereby separated from the core mold 11. |
