PURPOSE:To form a film which is partially easy in soldering and good in corrosion resistance by partially coating an organic thin film on the surface of an Al base material and thereafter successively forming an anodized film and a black film and then peeling the organic thin film and successively performing the heating and alloying treatment of copper and tin in the part thereof. CONSTITUTION:An organic thin film is partially coated on the surface of a base material which has a prescribed shape and consists of Al or Al alloy. Then the base material is subjected to anodic electrolytic treatment in an aq. soln. sontg. sulfuric acid to form an anodized film, and a black film is formed on this anodized film by means of immersion or electrolytic treatment. Thereafter the partially coated organic thin film is peeled, and a layer consisting of copper and tin is successively heated and alloyed by using a laser on the surface of the base material wherein the thin film is peeled. Thereby the surface treatment layer which has excellent corrosion resistance and is easy in good soldering is comparatively easily formed on the surface of the base material.
